Confidentiality

No personal information of any kind is used in our service. Each Biometric recorder has a number registered with our SALBOT AI program. The family members use that number to view the live life pattern charts free 24x7. A chart having no personal information is ambiguous to all but the family and friends that know who is being monitored. Our sales process only requires information about the person ordering the service, the monitored clients info is not used. Our installers know they are putting a SLABOT monitor in a living space. A contact name or nickname is used to enter the location. They do not know any information about who is being monitored. We don’t collect client information at any time.

Data protection

The stored data recorded from a living space is only saved in the Model 201 unit installed in the living space. The detailed sensor values are never transmitted outside of the monitor unit. Personal activity is just that personal, our system keeps that data 100% safe by keeping it only, in the unit, in the living space being monitored.  

Group policy

We serve all seniors with no other restrictions, 65 and older are fully qualified to add our monitoring to their life. All SALBOT -S11  AI services are run from the Bio-Century dedicated server in Aurora Colorado. All live charts are hosted by Bio-Century.com, free chart access is provided there 24hrs a day, We are currently installing in the state of Colorado, other states will be coming soon.
